OK, I'm confused on a point or two here. Firstly, 10W2 gives you an auto-aug of +5, surely, not +10. (Though it's not by any means horrendously difficult to get a +10 from a rolled augment, granted.) But what really confuses me is the logic about the different types of ability. You're suggesting that not merely can one regard an ability as both a quantity, and as something one can use in a contest, but that one should have _different_ such, for the same type of activity?

Are you suggesting this because you for some reason don't wish to have a direct comparison between the horse's Run 2W and the human's run 10W2?

Cheers,
Alex.
