Nasty bloke on P.15

My current group had three possible explanations of who this might be:

1. Elric (5 votes) - 10,000 lemmings can't be wrong;
2. Robert Smith (2 votes) - however, his cheeks aren't chubby enough;
3. Someone that escaped from a Orcs In Space Warhammer 2000K Killo-zap-o-matic convention (1 vote).
