I doubt a change of physical body would make you a different person in the "eyes" of the otherworld(s). I suspect that's one place where a change in physical appearance doesn't matter much.
On the other hand wait until that Humakti in the Lunar's body in my campaign tries to do anything in his cult, mwah ha ha.
As far as groups doing quests changing the leader might be sufficient so let a community do it again? Just a thought.
