Thats a question, if iron is enchanted with "Hit foes harder 20",
which would normally give an augment of +2, does it still apply?
Does the iron reduce the magic or does the enchantment count as
always on, so unaffected?
I am assuming the later. Iron would resist active magic attacks and
active magical castings, not always on enchantments.
