What (if anything) is the commitment requirement for Pantheon worship? I thought that was 10% and initiation was a further 20% (rule books not to hand). Living in Pavis does not require 10% of your time, but being a full Citizen, attending Pavic Ceremonies (and so getting any benefits offered by Pavis to "lay members"/Pantheon worshippers) may well do
