I don't think so. It's common magic, so no Otherworld specialist (called a "liturgist" in the rules, though I agree it would be "priest" in English) is needed.

(In fact, in my game, I don't require a liturgist at all, in order to allow orderlies to adventure away from their church. But not being a liturgist, they must hold the ceremony on the proper day.)
