Yes.
But more like:
Close Combat 17 Board Ability (Sword [+3] 17 Iron Flute [+1] 1W Iron Fan [+2] 18 Club [+2] 17 Ranged Combat 17 Board Ability Thrown dagger +1 17 Bow 18
Where the +'s are bonuses for the different weapons that are added after as well.
