Augments

Dear Tribe

If a character has Strong 17, Tough 17, Lightning Reflexes 17 and Large 17 (would you let a human have large 17?) Thats a +8 before affinities or any other skills.

I remember Bruce telling me that his group will only usually allow 3 augments to a particular skill. Is there a particular rule on this or should we just let the player have it?
