For those of you who are intersted, there are some new rules up on
Issaries dealing with "Natural" magics. The kind of magic you're just
born with. Remember when we were discussing Talents, Pumal People and
concentrating magic? Well, it seems that the folks at Issaries paid
close attention to that debate and these rules are the outgrowth of that
discussion.
