It parallels what happens to generated Devotees, who gain all feats up front. As with devotees it would be up to the narrator whether they wanted to tone this down a little. The FAQ answer on devotees should equally apply to practitioners.

So 5 tradition charms, one of each practice spririt in fetishes.

Additional spirits and any spirit ally would have to be mentioned in the narrative.
