60% of their time?

Hi all,

First apologies to Roderick to whom i've sent this mail by mistake. I wanted it for the list.

How do you all deal with the 60% time requirement for the devotees? Do they have to do it dayly? Do you force them to stop for a while during the adventures? I'd like to make them pay a little for choosing devotee so that things aren't unbalanced for my one player who chose to be an Initiate, but I'm really not sure what applies best here.
