Buying & increasing keywords

Keywords can not be bought or raised, using the official rules.

But I think both should be possible. One option is just to decide on a suitably large HP cost for doing so.

A more complex method I've considered is that the keyword increases (or is bought) when a certain number of the abilities within the keyword have been increased (or bought).
