My question is--does "allowed to keep" mean he can keep his existing powers, but cannot improve them or add new ones? (i.e. he can never spend another hero point outside his concentrated school.) He can improve existing ones, but can't add new ones? (e.g. if he concentrated in Lunar Sorcery, he can improve his existing feats, but can't get any new feats.) He can freely learn lunar magic from any otherworld, paying the doubled non-concentrated cost for areas outside his primary one?
e.g. Sillius Soddus has an assortment of spells, feats, and charms. He concentrates in "lunar theism", giving away all his non-Lunar magic.
Can he improve the (Lunar) spells and charms he kept?
Can he get new (Lunar) spells and charms?
2. Can we assume that a character who concentrates in Lunar magic can keep all his talents? My thought is, they're talents that are inate to a Lunar, the person they belong to experiences the Lunar cycle, therefore, the talents are Lunar magic. Yes?
3. If a character concentrates in Lunar animism, how does that affect his dealings with non-Lunar spirits? Say he encounters a hostile spirit and defeats it in combat. Can he bind it into a fetish, or is this prohibited because the spirit isn't Lunar magic? (Or does his act of binding it *turn it into* a Lunar spirit, making it subject to the cycle?) If he can't bind non-Lunar spirits, is there any other way he's handicapped in dealing with them?
Thanks for any info people can provide!
