My assumption, based on nothing in particular so it could well be wrong, is that any magic listed under the "specialized magic" section of each homeland would count as a specialized magic key word. That is, if you are an Esrolian thief following Lanbril, Lanbril is your specialized magic key word, even if it teaches only "common magic." Similar for the entire Teshnos pantheon. On the other hand, if it is listed in the 'common magic' section of the homeland, like Imarja in Esrolia, it counts as a common magic key word that can be taken as a freebie along with the cultural key word. When multiple common magic sources are listed, I think normally you would have to choose one for free, and could take others as part of your list or narrative (getting not more magic, but more choices about the source of your magic), so you could take Imarja for free, and the Curbside Society in your list or narrative. But that part is just me, it probably doesn't break anything to say 'choose one of each level of common magic for free' so you could have Imarja and the Curbside Society for free.

Note that the usual specialized magic key word for Orlanthi is Desemborth the Thief, an sub-cult of Orlanth Adventurous defined in Thunder Rebels, and not Lanbril.

My reading of it is the latter. You get the Esrolian common magic as part of being Esrolian. Your specialized magic makes you a member of the Earth Pantheon, and probably an initiate or devotee as well.

Maybe there is still a question here that I'm just not getting....
