Well, when they get the world machine properly fixed no doubt that is how it will be.....in the meantime I envision something more like the baby factory in Brave New World. The Mostali aspire to perfect mechanism, but are cursed to have to deal with a grossly imperfect world until they can fix it all, IMO. The result is that a lot of what they do even they would acknowledge is fairly horrible, but it is a better approximation of the true way than anything else they can concoct at the moment.
