Hi Nick,

"The three worlds theory is really some sort of God Learner theory. Its not how most people *in* glorantha think. And we know its not how things actually work."

Wow. I'm surprised and glad to hear it. To me, the three magic types seemed like a really hokey hold-over influenced by D&D ("Oh, look, here's wizard magic, here's cleric magic, oh, and we got to fit in the shamans...so..") It seemed really out of place considering all the other messy complexity that Glorantha accepts as a reality, to have this clean cut simple magic thing going on.

The only reason I was sticking to the "concentrated" magic concept was that I had in my head that somewhere there was some kind of canon to justify the division. Hearing this... well, I'm probably going to run it without those rules. That makes things incredibly easier and makes a lot more sense regarding setting to system issues I had.

Thanks,

Chris
