The points were from the view of a player. Not "How
can a narrator make sure everyone is involved..." but
"How can a player make sure he or she is involved as
much as he or she wants to be..."
As a side point, I think my narrative style must be significantly different from Mike's as I usually try and include as many characters as possible in a contest to try and keep all the players involved.
