Just a quick question as a sidenote to the current
conversation (and harking back to the earlier one
about narrative abilities versus keywords):
Do people that play that narrative abilities start at
17 rather than 13 also say that sidekicks three extra
abilities also start at 17 rather than 13 before
addition of the additional 15 freebie points?
