I am designing a practitioner of the Jakaleel: Dark Tradition, and I was wondering. I have given the character fetishes of all the practice spirits of the Dark Tradition and the Five Moons Practice.

Do I give the character 5 common magic talents as well (Dara Happa Homeland)? Will these be practice charms (ie not raisable) or common magic charms (raisable).

Will the practitioner also get league magic?
