Isn't this in conflict with what described as the Gloranthan 'norm' in his article on the Gloranthan website about concentration? Folk don't tend to concentrate so they don't end up excluding useful magic like there 'Heal Hurt' talent they learnt off mother when they were young? Or am I reading you wrong?
