There is nothing in the rules on either side.

it's called a Transfer, and you need a critical to get it.

Generally, no, you can't "force" an opponent to use a flaw as a negative augment, but you *can* appeal to the narrator. "The princess told me that he's waeker on one side, I want to attack from that side to get an advantage". The narrator can either grant it to you, or say "ah, but he expects people to do that (the princess is a blabbermouth), and so he compensates for it." (or even "aha, the princess is his stooge and fed you wrong information, he is stronger on that side!".)

But it's not a guarantee of success, just an appeal to the narrator, ultimately.
