yep, thats exactly what I thought. However a reading of the paragraph in question definitely supports the idea Lunar modifiers apply to ALL ritual magic; have a quick look and see what I mean? I'd House Rule it was Lunar magicians only, unless there wa s areason why the moon would be significant for this particular ritual - but I am curious as to why the rules imply something else?
