Yep, even I have spent many years in Gloarantha, albeit in the early eighties. Its just not very clearly worded, threw me, and therefore yes the FAQ or Q&A, just in case anyone else is puzzled, seems appropriate. I hope you can see how I read it the way I did; that appears to be the literal sense of the paragraph!
