Pre-game backstory. If the Jakaleel spirit is acting in a way that is way beyond the norm (and that is what it is - not absolutely-completely-impossible) then there ought to be a reason. Is it the workings of Destiny, a Lunar magical plot, a case of reincarnation ?

And don't forget this is a general issue, too - trying to say "yes" to characters with abilities that strictly speaking they "shouldn't" have without making it just a cop-out.

OK. it's more difficult after a lot of play, but the most likely problem would be other SurEnslib Traditionalists not noticing how weird this is. And maybe they just didn't want to comment (what sane person wants to mess around with madness spirits ?). You certainly don't have to change the fact that she has a Jakaleel fetish that works for her.
