Actually, if you read the section on the 100 word narrative method
you are not mislead. I tell people that you can have whatever you
want, but it will be at 13 plus any points you spend. Hence if they
want to be strong, fine, but there is little point in saying the
strength of 10 men, when empirically it won't be true unless they
spend a good few points.
So, it aint the system, its the GM! :^D
