Well, as a liturgist you can cast any of the blessings from the scripture which you know (looking at the .pdf game aid summary of HP costs, when you become a liturgist in game you get 'venerate (god)' and one 'use (scripture),' although if you are a liturgist of a saint I assume you get 'venerate (saint) instead.) Note that to use the general Aeolian scripture and to do service to Saint Ankormy he needs to be liturgist of both.

Edric may or may not also be an orderly of Saint Ankormy. If you become an orderly in play you get 'know (saint)' and three orderly spells--but as Roderick pointed out a starting character may get more spells than that. Rembmer that to use those spells at all often Edric had best either be a liturgist of Saint Ankormy or have good access to one!
