This is the HeroQuest RULES list. Which can be used for any setting, not just Glorantha. In some of those settings, ceremonies may all be magical in intent, but certainly not in all.
Unless you are going to explain the way you have chosen to redefine standard English words *every* time you use them (remember, the person reading may have only just joined the list), the only sensible way to communicate is to use them in their standard English meaning, as found in a dictionary. If you want to refer to a magical ceremony, then you can always say "magical ceremony". It's not hard.
