They haven't... yet. QuestWorlds is the core HQ rules revised and extended for non-gloranthan gaming but is still in development. You can find more on the www.glorantha.com web site.
The RPG news and reviews site www.ogrecave.com has a podcast from just before christmass including an interview with Brian Isikoff, lead write for QuestWorlds, about the project.
