Correct. This is the general rule. They come from the deity to whom you have he
closest connections.
Though not always, in which case they'd generally come from some other appropriate (ie-as you said, no Humakt and Chalana Arroy links) deity in the pantheon.
Only under the most rare and exceptional conditions would they be of a different
pantheon.
