Physical feat in a mental contest

Hi,

a direct question:
would you allow the use of a feat, such as those derived from the Winds or Movement affinities of Orlanth, to affect the mind of an opponent?

Is there a sort of soul-wind (breath) that an Orlanthi magic user could invoke to change the statement or confuse the mental concentration of a non-Orlanthi opponent, *without* the actual physical manifestation of a gust of wind?
Or is it an indirect effect as in: "the force of the wind scares him away"?
