Well, no. But it does a fantastic job of explaining the rudiments
of 'how to play' a different kind of rules system to what we are
used to seeing for fantasy setting. I was struggling as a narrator
until I read the players book, ironically.
If the player wants to know the rules in detail, then they need to
get the main book really.
