ILH2 Question: Lunar Illumination, Time Commitment and Secrets?

Namaste All:
I have some questions regarding the Illumination rules from ILH2.

Once Sevened, one can join multiple religions and learn many different kinds of magic. How does this work with Time commitments? Can Illuminants feel free to ignore them?

Additionally, is it possible for Illuminants to learn more than one Secret?
