You just have to read down, count the lines, and add up the +1s. Only takes time if you're a slow reader. BUt, that's assuming you're a GM who trusts the players only to have appropriate augments. If you check (like I do, even with my wonderful players), it does take more time.

Yes, we do. There's a Wiki that includes character sheets among other things. At least two of us have the 100 word narrative at the top. A quick look at Mike's shows me a description, but I suspect it isn't his 100 words.
