Same way as you cheat at any other game... Ignore the number on the dice in favour of the number you wanted to roll, or keep re-rolloing until you get it. ignore the limitations of the rules (eg pay unconcentrated costs for improvement rather than concentrated costs, Ignore misapplied worship restrictions, or add more points than permitted to an ability, or more points to your abilities than you have available to spend. Change your 100 word narrative/10 Word list after play has started. Use "Create as you play method" but ignore limit of 10 abilities added this way. USe "create as you go" method even though ostensiably using one of the others. "Miscaculate" augments. Augment with dubious skills et etc.

As you say, Why one would want to do any of this is a different, and much harder to answer question. Also note that many of these could be perfectly legitimate in some peoples games, if not positively encouraged. In these cases they aren't cheating!
