I'm not really the one to ask, as I had minimal interaction with the book - I think it was already laid-out by the time I was given it to look at. The person you really want answering those questions is Jamie.

I'm away from home, on a borrowed machine, so getting an answer out of me will be hard until Monday or Tuesday. Even if you summon me by name.
