Which is all useful reminders: but the fact that these
things are spread more than 100 pages apart may be a
clue as to why we're tending to miss them. Compressing
the whole thing down sounds like a very useful thing
to do to me, and I'm looking forward to the new book.
Some of us have simple little minds that just can't
absorb a whole 100 pages of rules :(
