The proper plural is Shamans (so there :-P )

The vage and disturbing rumble in the background is the birth of a new PraxPack, wherein one idea (not yet fully realised) is that such smaller powers are subsets of larger traditions. For example, you might learn 'Twisted Horn Bison Clan Tradition (Waha, Eiritha, Ancestors, 3-bean Circus)' as a Cultural keyword. Your Occupational keyword might have Waha Tradition. This will rise to 17, the Cultural ones either stay at 13 or rise to 14 (the 17 -3 for an Improv Mod.), but can be defaulted to when you raise the highest one. Thus, your clan has traditionally worshipped Waha, Eiritha, Ancestors and the 3- bean circus. Anything else is a new Tradition. You MUST define the clan traditions first, of course!

This is still just an idea, lacking details!
