Would "Master Detective" include some specialised knowledges ? e.g.
Holmes ability to identify tobacco ash ? (Which I would normally
expect to be improvised with a significant penalty).
I think that "trained in fisticuffs" should be "Baritsu" (a
fictitious martial art).
IIRC Holmes also ought to have "Strong" at quite a high level.
