Hi

A couple of things that I would suggest for Heroquest is to expand the use of situational mods, make them front and centre.

Also I advocate the issuing of bonuses for exciting or inventive narration of augments/actions/whatever. In fact even deducting or disqualifying bonuses for the use of generic statements (I hit him....)
