But you only take the penalty in a 'foreign' otherworld right? Like Theist Initiate and above in the Spirit or Essence planes, or a common magician (ie no other magic than common)in any of the three otherworlds?

Like I say, my rule book is in storage and I never did much in the way of HQ's and only ever on the Heroplane where i ignored (rightly or wrongly) the AWP.
