As it stands for 1 HP you can get Concentrated in theism and have 0 penalty for Theistic realms and only -1 penalty for all other realms. i.e. he gets better in everything!  

Wouldn't this work more logically if the Concentrated ability augment was applied to the -10 penalty directly. So the same guy gets -9 in theism and -11 in all others.  

You could even augment at 1/4 (some of the ST cult secrets act at this rate) rather than the 1/10 rate normally used. This means that at 1W2 the augment is +10 and therefore represents perfect alignment with your otherworld i.e. no penalty :-)
