So Joe Bloggs praxian brave finds and doesn't annoy Lightning Boy and gains the secret of calling lightning bolts to smite his foes. You could put as many limitations on this as you like.
All magic is the same thing in HW anyway (mechanics wise) regardless of what its called. It's how it's seen in Glorantha that's important.
