Beast and Plant are form runes, too. But, to answer the question, Ty Kora Tek and Pinugia are both examples. Which may have been retconned, of course, but it's not obviously so. Although I don't really see why being a shaman rather than a priest would make a difference - sure, they use the runes differently, but that doesn't mean they don't have them.
