It has. And the Pavis cult will have a lot of new and fun surprises. Here's one: the overwhelming majority of Pavis cultists are theists who have been initiated into the Orlanthi Religion. However, the cult of Pavis itself has more to do with wizardry and spirits than with rune affinities.
