It's not on any page - Player A has a mastery advantage over player B then they critical anytime they roll under their target number - they bump the success to a critical.

So if I have an ability of 4W and the opposition has a score of 19 (no masteries) all my rolls get bumped one level. If I roll 1-4 then I critical, 5-19 I succeed and 20 I fail.
