One more thing: the rules *only* give specific ability bonuses in relation to PCs. You never have an ability more or less specific than an NPC -- what's the point, given that the GM can describe the ability however she likes?
Remember, "this rule exists to reward players with entertaining ability descriptions, not to simulate anything happening in the world."
