Seems a bit keyword heavy, you really only have 4 abilities defined (including the keywords).
IMO Unscrupulous isn't a keyword, and many modern games don't really need keywords at all. (Bon Vivant does suggest other abilities and seems better as a keyword, should you need them. But it servers just as well as a broad ability.)
Did the Paranoia mentioned on Wikipedia ever develop into a true flaw? (You do want flaws -- abilities that will cause complications for the character, not things like "Amoral" which helps him do what he does.)
