Not at all. I object to something being augment only, that's why I asked if people found it useful. That is the only example we have of one, as far as I recall.

I find it a redundant and unnecessarily rules-y solution to a problem that doesn't exist, since the distinction is clearly drawn with the "cannot produce extraordinary effects" clause.
