By alchemy I assume we are talking about creating magic through the manipulation of substances. In which case there are plenty of different approaches to this in Glorantha. The sages of Lhankor Mhy claim all originally come from the dwarves, but the practice is known in the West, the Lunar Empire, Kralorela, and Fonrit. Lots of different schools, lots of different approaches.
But in Sartar, alchemy is clearly something of dwarven origin.
