Yeah, thanks, point taken.
This is optional rule for such type of players who likes to use HP in game (because it's part of it!), but don't want to lack improvement.
New skill gains by spending HP and recieving Ability 13 at hte end of session. The non-esed ones are not advance at all. It's smth sim-like.
Maybe HP can be accumulated, not perished at the end of session, I'll try it my next game.
